Facility Management Victoria Pty Ltd (FMV) was established in 2001 to meet the need to provide quality facility management services in
high-rise residential and commercial property.
FMV has established a strategic alliance with key organizations in the facility management industry including security, cleaning, essential
services, air conditioning and fire maintenance services.
Staff also have extensive experience working as part of a team assisting Developers of new projects from the early planning stages through
to completion.

To ensure each building operates in an efficient and productive manner building procedures are developed that reflect ‘how the building
functions’. The procedures include a comprehensive OH&S Manual that is specific to the building.
