What we do.

FMV provide onsite building management staff, including the facility/building manager, concierge, security and cleaners. Our staff will ensure your building is well maintained, secure, safe and is a great place to live or work. Our managers and FM teams take care of all the activities required to efficiently manage your building in the most cost-effective manner.

How we do it.

By being transparent in our dealings with you and using our proven systems and processes to ensure your building is managed efficiently. Our directors, support staff, and managers will listen and work collaboratively with all interested parties. Our staff are provided professional ongoing training and support from an experienced senior management team.
